The pieces are not in stock, as we do not create anything quickly or in large quantities. The product is made to order, especially for you. This means approximately 5 working days for thoughtful and precise creation, which does not allow for rushing or skipping processes.

Each piece is one of a kind; surface or color irregularities are part of its uniqueness, the creative process, and inspiration. Measurements are approximate, and the item may not look exactly the same as in the photo.
Signs of use, fine cracks in the glaze, or a gentle patina are a natural part of handmade ceramics. They do not diminish its value – they add character.
We believe in objects that stay with you, in your space, over time. In products that are not just looked at, but used.
Handmade ceramics should be stored on stable shelves, ideally with a soft base or padding (such as felt or a thin cloth) between individual pieces to prevent scratching and impact. If stacking items, do so gently and without pressure, as delicate rims can become stressed or crack.
We recommend hand washing with a mild detergent and a soft sponge to ensure the longevity of the product. Be especially cautious with pieces that have real gold decoration – these are not suitable for harsh brushes, strong cleaners, or the dishwasher, as the gold details can become damaged or fade.
We also advise you not to expose the products to sudden temperature changes.
Some items are suitable for use in the microwave, but this must be explicitly stated. Items with gold or metallic details are not suitable for the microwave, as they can cause sparking or damage both the product and the appliance.
The shipping cost for deliveries within Slovenia is €5. For orders over €80, shipping is free.
The shipping cost for deliveries within the EU is €12.
The shipping cost for deliveries to countries outside the EU is €35.
All our products can be returned or exchanged with the original invoice within 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be undamaged, without visible signs of use and in its original packaging.
