How should I properly store handmade ceramics to prevent damage?
Handmade ceramics should be stored on stable shelves, ideally with a soft base or padding (such as felt or a thin cloth) between individual pieces to prevent scratching and impact. If stacking items, do so gently and without pressure, as delicate rims can become stressed or crack.
Can I wash handmade ceramics in the dishwasher?
We recommend hand washing with a mild detergent and a soft sponge to ensure the longevity of the product. Be especially cautious with pieces that have real gold decoration – these are not suitable for harsh brushes, strong cleaners, or the dishwasher, as the gold details can become damaged or fade.
We also advise you not to expose the products to sudden temperature changes.
Is handmade ceramics safe for use in the microwave?
Some items are suitable for use in the microwave, but this must be explicitly stated. Items with gold or metallic details are not suitable for the microwave, as they can cause sparking or damage both the product and the appliance.
How do I choose the right ring size?
All our rings are adjustable and can be resized to fit.

All jewelry will naturally lose its shine and accumulate dirt over time, but with proper and careful care, this process can be slowed down—though not entirely prevented.
How quickly this happens depends mainly on your skin’s pH and how much the ring is exposed to moisture.

How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost for deliveries within Slovenia is €5. For orders over €80, shipping is free.
The shipping cost for deliveries within the EU is €12.
The shipping cost for deliveries to countries outside the EU is €35.
Is it possible to return products?
All our products can be returned or exchanged with the original invoice within 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be undamaged, without visible signs of use and in its original packaging.
